We provide advice on the design and governance of the health system in order to support a tight link among responsibility, authority, and accountability in the system. Our main goals in this area include investigating the role and impact of incentives at all levels of the Ontario health system and promoting health system partnerships to contribute to the future economic growth of Ontario.
